Ranking the 2026 Phillies promotional items
There's a solid collection of freebies at the Bank this season.
The Phillies equipment truck departs Philadelphia’s frigid hellscape for Clearwater today. It’s a welcome reminder that this winter will not last forever, no matter what the rat out in Punxsutawney tells us.
Temperatures and spirits will eventually rise, the truck will come back, and on March 26 a sellout crowd will gather for Opening Day at Citizens Bank Park.
All fans in attendance will receive this 2025 National League East Championship pennant:
It’s not the red World Series flag we hoped for, but it’s better than nothing. And there are some nicer giveaways scheduled throughout the season.
Here’s every 2026 promotional item the Phillies have revealed to date, ranked from worst to first:
10. Miller Lite Floppy Hat (June 5, fans 21 and over)
It’s probably time for us as a society to move beyond floppy hats. But as far as floppy hats go, the design here isn’t bad. Very patriotic for the nation’s semiquincentennial. (That’s a real word!)
This hat is best worn shirtless with a Miller Lite tallboy in each of your sweaty hands.
9. Cavity Busters Hooded Sweatshirt (April 11, fans 14 and under)
There’s nothing wrong with this hoodie for the kids. It’s ranked low only because it’s unremarkable. The sponsor logo is pretty small, which is always appreciated.
8. Phil & Phillis Socks presented by Terminix (May 9, fans 14 and under)
Phil and Phillis served as team mascots in the 1970s before the Phanatic arrived. They don’t have much of a backstory; they are apparently just two kids who love their colonial garb and their baseball.
“[Phil and Phillis] weren't beloved or disliked,” writes one mascot historian. “They were kind of just there.”
It’s a good bet that they were designed with the 1976 bicentennial celebration in mind, and it’s nice to see them dusted off for 2026. Show Phil and Phillis some love with these socks before they go back in their cages for another 50 years.
7. BradyPLUS Cristopher Sánchez Bobble Figurine (May 22, all fans)
This would be near the top of the list were it not for the heartbreaking decision to put Sanchez in the City Connects. Still very nice.
6. Philadelphia Water Ice Phanatic Cap (July 26, fans 14 and under)
With all due respect to Terminix, some Phillies sponsors feel more natural than others. If there’s a Philly Water Ice logo on the back of this hat it won’t ruin the design.
5. Colonial Phanatic Bobble Head (April 12, fans 14 and under)
The Phanatic isn’t the type of guy to let Phil and Phillis steal the spotlight. Here he is in some colonial threads of his own.
4. Toyota Jhoan Duran Card Show Bobble (June 7, fans 14 and under)
As one of the newest and most popular Phillies, Duran is an excellent choice for a bobble. Could’ve done something with spiders, maybe? But we won’t nitpick.
3. Ladies Mock Neck Crew (May 10, women 15 and over)
This is the Mother’s Day game. If mom is a baseball fan, tix for May 10 are a no-brainer. Love the retro logo.
2. Independence Blue Cross Trea Turner Replica Jersey (April 18, fans 14 and under)
A jersey is always a very nice giveaway for the kids. It’s hard to assess the material quality from the pic, but we know it can’t be much worse than anything from Fanatics.
The IBX patch is the same one found on the players’ jerseys, so no complaints there.
1. Retro Phillies Cap presented by SEI (May 7, all fans)
This one is just hard to top. 🔥

“Greatest of All Time” gets thrown around too casually these days. But 3x MVP, 10x Gold Glover, 12x All-Star, plus this hair? GOAT.
Well damn…
49 home runs last year and Eugenio Suarez gets one year, $15 million? Feels like a steal for the Reds.
